I have played and am experienced in many different styles of music; Hard Rock, Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Progressive Rock, Heavy Metal, Alternative and cover bands.
When playing in original bands, I'm more of a a contributor on the drums upon designing rhythms, rather than your straight ahead player. I consider myself as a compositional player. I tend to infuse new rhythmical ideas, looking at new ways to serve the song, whether it enhances a vocal part, guitar, bass or other instrument.
I’m experienced in performing with cover bands as well. I've played in various bands such as Rush, Iron Maiden and a Dave Mathews Band as well as some pop/rock cover bands..
